The Weare Area Chamber of Commerce is soliciting bids for its 2011 Weare Telephone Directory and Yellow Pages.    Deadline for submitting your bid is September 15, 2010 and the winning bid will be announced on September 30th.

If you haven’t visited our website lately, drop by www.wearechamber.org.  It is more than just a new look.  Our new website is the latest in website technology - a content-managed website (php). So what’s that mean for you the member? 

It means you can log in and update your own profile yourself with a new product or service, updated contact information, business or product photo.

The new site has a Marketplace Page, where your can put a promotion and photo for your business - yourself!

Organized by the League of NH Craftsmen and NH Made, NH Open Doors provides NH artisans, craftspeople, specialty food producers, retail shops, restaurants, farm stands and orchards, lodging properties, cultural events, and attractions with a low-cost, cooperative marketing venue.

Drop off your FREE business giveaways at HollyHock Flowers, 33 N Stark Highway.  Or, drop off a stack of your business cards.  We'd be happy to hand them out at the Chamber's table for you.  We'll hand them out for you!

Special Summer Piano Concert at the Deering Community Church

A special Summer Piano concert presented by renowned Japanese Pianist Shizue Sano will be held on September 12^th at the Deering Community Church in Deering at 3:00 pm.  Ms. Shizue will perform selected pieces by Schumann, Beethoven and Chopin.   Do not miss this remarkable performance!

The concert is free for the public but donations are gladly accepted.
